FEMA Assistance

We provide strategic guidance of FEMA's Public Assistance Program to help you streamline the complex FEMA process and maximize your approved funding amount.  This includes assistance with FEMA's forms, detailed damage inventory assessements, strategic project formulation, project reimbursement, and closeout.  Even better, FEMA will reimburse you for many of these services as a Direct Administrative Cost!

Project Management Services 

We provide design, construction, and permitting management services.  This includes helping you find and manage architects, engineers, and other design consultants for your project.  Then, we can help you obtain all required permits and approvals.  Moving onto the construction phase, we can help you find and manage general contractors.  Throughout this process we work with you to create a personalized procurement and RFP process that meets your needs, including any FEMA requirements.
