Peggy is an accomplished real estate professional with a diverse set of experiences in the real estate industry. She has extensive experience in the Federal Government, having worked for the General Services Administration (GSA)'s Public Buildings Service. Peggy was certified as a Contracting Officer Representative (COR) and managed GSA's National Building Information Modeling (BIM) Program. She also oversaw the procurement of numerous federal contracts and collaborated with building industry professionals.
She then switched gears and was a residential real estate agent, helping over 100+ clients navigate the complex process of buying and selling homes. She received 5-star reviews, referrals, and has been quoted in Money Magazine and Kiplingers for her real estate expertise. She is a licensed real estate broker in Hawaii and Virginia.
Peggy has a Masters and PhD in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Stanford University. She also volunteers at Punahou School and Girl Scouts.
