RCCH is seeking proposals from qualified landscapers to perform landscaping restoration and improvements at Sacred Hearts School 1st year emergency location at Sacred Hearts Mission Church in Kapalua and Sacred Hearts School current temporary location in Kaanapali. These services are part of the broader recovery and revitalization efforts following the 2023 Maui wildfires. The selected contractor will execute three distinct landscape tasks, with each scope requiring individual line item pricing.

Project 1: Landscape Restoration – Sacred Hearts Mission Church, Kapalua

The existing landscape was destroyed to operate a school in the church’s yard and the church’s neighbors yard.  The contractor shall provide line item and pricing for:

• Line Item 1 - On the left side of the church, remove any gravel, landscaping, tree droppings, trash etc.  Install new sod per landscape architects plans and specifications (Appendix E).  30-day maintenance period upon written acceptance of work by the Owner.

• Line Item 2 - On the right side of the church, restore landscaping per plans and specifications (Appendix E).  30-day maintenance period upon written acceptance of work by the Owner.
  
  

Project 2: Fence Vines – Sacred Hearts School, Kaanapali

To enhance aesthetics and privacy, the contractor shall:

• Line Item 3 - Install Hoapala per landscape architects specifications spaced no more than ten feet apart, along two sides of the property- golf course or makai side and the neighboring residential condo on the Lahaina side.  30-day maintenance period upon written acceptance of work by the Owner.
