The scope of work is to provide a relatively flat and safe site covered in gravel for interim parking use for church service and also erecting a perimeter barrier for future construction of a new school.  Scope of work includes but not limited to :

• Remove all obstructions including but not limited to concrete, boulders, flagpole, Jesus statue base  

• Grub and remove 3” of topsoil.  Properly dispose.  

• Grade site to be relatively level and safe for parishioner parking throughout.

• Add 2” compacted select borrow (gravel) layer throughout   

• Install construction barrier along designated portions of the Maria Lanakila Parish.  Please see attached site map for the location.

  • Barriers installed on the ground will be 8 feet high plywood with a 3 foot high dust fence for a total of 11 feet.

  • Barriers installed on rock wall will be plywood only installed at a max barrier height of 11 feet.

  • All barriers painted white with primer and 2 coats Sherwin Williams Agreeable Gray color semi gloss exterior paint.  No substitutions without Owners written approval. 

  • Install vehicular gates and pedestrian gates

  • Plywood sliding gate on wheels on Dickenson Street that maintains driveway width (2 total)

  • Plywood floating pedestrian sliding gate 6’ feet opening at the back of the church with hardware on the school side of fence

  • Pedestrian gate between west side neighbor and school.  Site map shows approximate location.  Final location will be approved by Owner through submittal.

  • Contractor to provide proposed keyless gate lock system for all gates and doors for Owners approval.
