RCCH is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to provide and install a comprehensive CCTV security system for the Sacred Hearts location in Kaanapali. This project will include the installation of new surveillance cameras, storage systems, and all necessary support equipment to provide security for the school.

Project Background

The Kaanapali Sacred Hearts location requires a modern, reliable CCTV system to improve security and safety measures for the school. The selected contractor will supply, install, and configure a CCTV system with outdoor vandal-resistant cameras and a video storage solution.

Scope of Work

The contractor shall:

Install comprehensive outdoor surveillance cameras and a Network Video Recorder (NVR) with 30 days of storage capability. School will provide desired camera coverage area map.
Provide all necessary cabling and equipment, including a secure rack for system components.
Set up power and backup systems to ensure continuous operation.
Configure and test the system, enabling video analytics and remote access.
Provide in-person user training that is recorded and all system documentation including warranties.
All equipment to be installed in a neat and professional manner. All cabling, conduit, etc should be hidden as much as practical.
Installation can occur during school hours but cannot impact school operations.
