RCCH is seeking proposals from qualified contractors for the renovation of the existing standalone bathroom structure at Sacred Hearts Mission Church. This project involves re-aligning the front wall of the bathroom to to accomodate ADA regulations, as well as updating all finishes. The owner will provide all finished materials, including tile and fixtures.

Scope of Work

The contractor shall:

• Re-align bathroom wall to accomodate ADA regulations.

• Remove all existing interior finishes, including but not limited to wall tiles, flooring, fixtures, and bathroom partitions.

• Provide complete renovation of bathroom including any necessary plumbing, electrical, and installation of all finished materials.

• Properly dispose of all construction debris in accordance with Maui County regulations.

The owner will provide all finish materials, including but not limited to:

• • Floor and wall tiles

  • Sinks, toilets, and other bathroom fixtures

  • Mirrors, partitions, and other hardware

  • Lighting fixtures

  • Any additional aesthetic elements specified in the design plans

The contractor will be responsible for the proper installation of all materials provided by the owner per manufacturer specifications, ensuring that the quality of workmanship is consistent with Class A commercial bathroom.
