RCCH is seeking proposals from qualified surveying firms to provide surveying services at the Maria Lanakila Parish properties in Lahaina.
The parish’s property in Lahaina is spread across five parcels on 2 blocks:

The survey will be conducted after the removal of fire damaged buildings on the site by the FEMa’s debris removal contractor.
Project Background
The Maria Lanakila Parish site has started the design process for redeveloping the site.
Scope of Work
The selected surveying firm shall provide the following services for the 5 parcels:
Alta Survey
Install boundary pins
Topographic Survey
Existing Buildings Survey for church and rectory buildings
OFFERORS ARE STRONGLY ENCOURAGED TO CAREFULLY READ THE ENTIRE SOLICITATION.

5:00 pm Hawaii Standard Time Sunday, March 31, 2024.
