RCCH is inviting proposals from qualified contractors to construct a construction fence for the Maria Lanakila Church located at 712 Waine'e St, Lahaina, HI 96761. The construction fence is required to ensure safety and security during ongoing construction activities at the church premises.

Project Background

Maria Lanakila Church is undergoing construction or renovation work, and it is imperative to install a construction fence to demarcate the construction site, prevent unauthorized access, and ensure the safety of workers, visitors, and the surrounding community.

Scope of Work

The selected contractor shall provide fixed price material and labor cost with the following line items costs

1. Demolish, level and clear the the west property boundary

2. Install temporary plywood construction fencing per plans and specifications. Areas include but not limited to:

• 8’ plywood fence on top of east property boundary wall, rolling vehicle gates (2 total)

• 8’ plywood fence with 4’ dust screen on top on west boundary wall

• 8’ plywood fence with 4’ dust screen surrounding graveyard

• 8’ plywood fence with 4’ dust screen separating church from rest of property, 1 pedestrian gate

• Remove existing fence, gates and other items that may be in the way
