RCCH is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide A/V consulting and design services for the Maria Lanakila Church, which suffered smoke damage to its existing audio visual equipment due to the wildfires. The selected firm will document what A/V equipment is existing, confirm A/V requirements and design a new comprehensive A/V system. Due to smoke damage, it is anticipated that none of the A/V equipment is salvageable.

A/V program requirements include but not limited to:

• Public address system wired and wireless for church for speakers, music, choir and musicians

• Video projection or TV screens for church music and announcements 

• Lighting and control systems as needed

• Broadcast speakers and music to audience in the church lawn

• Live streaming of church service

Deliverables

• List of items in design with manufacturer, model and description

• Cost estimates for the recommended A/V equipment, installation, and related services
